website support
monthly development and technical seo support from web experts
how it works
A monthly support agreement means we are available for you for day-to-day issues, incremental updates and improvements, and large feature and development requests. We tend to work with clients that need between 30 and 60 hours of work per month. And since Tiny Ships only hires web experts, those hours go a long way.
working within your toolset
We want to make working with us as seamless as possible. So for support management, we’re happy to work within your project management software. If you don’t have one, we can help you set one up, or bring you into ours.
larger projects
Occasionally you might need work that is too big to fall within our monthly agreement. When that happens, we can either scale up, temporarily increasing your monthly allotment of support hours to cover the new project incrementally. Or, we can put together a scope of work for a one-time, fixed-cost project.
